Marcos kurtycz: an art of total action against the State of War survey the multifaceted career of this polish-born artist who relocated to Mexico in the late 1960s and whose work developed across different platforms, including Graphic design, printmaking, painting, sculpture and action art and the incorporation of the body as an artistic tool. Kurtycz was One of the most complex and versatile figures in the Mexican scene, parallel to the movement of the groups of the seventies and Oblique to the eighties post avant-garde, concealed under the term neo-mexicanism.
